Tania is a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates instructor and a certified group exercise instructor who started teaching in 2005. She has a special interest in using the Pilates Method to help people attain better body awareness, alleviate chronic pain, develop their powerhouse and just feel healthier.

Tania has always had a passion for movement and fitness. After working in the outdoor education industry for a few years, she decided to move into the fitness industry and got certified in group exercise instructing. She taught cardio, spinning, step, stretching and outdoorboot camp style classes. She tried to understand why people had so many different postural issues and that’s what led to an interest in the Pilates Method. The discovery of Pilates changed her approach to fitness because it involved a mind body connection and a deeper connection to the muscles that support our structure.
