Pilates Mat Classes

We have a range of classes no matter what your level of experience. These classes run on a term basis and are progressively structured to give you the most benefit. We strictly limit class size to enable close supervision and correction of technique.

Foundation

This is a pre-pilates class suitable for those recovering from injury, chronic pain and even during pregnancy. 

Under expert supervision you will be guided to improve your:

  • Body awareness

  • Movement quality

  • Fitness level

Level 1 - General

A mid-level class for those who have prior experience in mat pilates or those who have completed the Foundation Level. 

This class aims to:

  • Enhance your technique and alignment

  • Further challenge your body

  • Improve your understanding of posture and the fundamentals of pilates

Level - 2 Intermediate

Our most advanced level, this class builds on the movements and strength developed in Level 1. It is suitable for those who have developed reasonably good body awareness and strength.

This class will further build your:

  • Movement skills

  • Strength and flexibility

  • Coordination.

 

Energise

Build capacity to strengthen, lengthen, and tone through movement 

This invigorating class is designed to enhance your technique, alignment and posture, improve coordination, and body awareness. Post-class endorphin rush is assured!
