This class, run by Jeremy, is designed specifically for those who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and ostepenia. It is also suitable for those wanting to maintain and improve their bone density via safe implementation of resistance training, impact and balance exercises

This class is a men-only class, run by Jeremy, our physio and sports trainer. The aim is to prevent injuries, reduce back pain, become stronger, and improve posture and balance.
