Group Class (up to 8 clients)

Discover the joy of movement in our Form & Flow group class. Blending dance-inspired sequences, mind–body connection, and functional fitness, this class uses the barre, mats, and small apparatus to guide you through dynamic yet accessible movement patterns. With a focus on coordination, strength, and flow, you’ll build confidence in your body while enjoying the energy of a supportive group environment. Designed for beginners and beyond, Form & Flow is a welcoming space to move, connect, and grow.

Small Group (up to 4 clients)

Our small group Form & Flow Semi Private offers an individualised experience, limited to just four clients. With close attention from your instructor, you’ll enjoy tailored guidance as you explore movement utilising our full studio including pilates reformers, trapeze table, barre and mat. This class is ideal if you’d like extra support, are returning to exercise, or simply prefer a more intimate setting. Expect a blend of strength, coordination, and mindful movement designed to help you feel grounded, energised, and confident.
